Both visits we have been looked after by Meg, who prompted us when we needed help without requests, just to get us looking in the right direction 🙂

His he made sure that we knew there wasn’t a limit to how many hints we could get and that the goal was for us to solve it, which took some extra stress off. Also, just a fun and funny guy to be around.

We went while in Cardiff for a day trip and I wouldn’t change it for a thing!

  Having been to this place since August 2019 our party of 6 has thought this place comtains game rooms with a range of difficulties. From the simplest of rooms to… read more the most difficult one, we had thoroughly enjoyed our time. Things we liked about each room include:
– Tomb: nice and simple room to get you started
– Sherlock: chess board and bank notes
– Heist: the 2 team split twist
– Z: the logic puzzle with the green and red lights.
– Press start: crawling into the room
– Oculus: finding the codes in the second room

Would love it if this place does a 6 month rotation of game rooms so there’ll be more challenges in the future. Clues do genuinely arrive at the right time and whenever we get stuck if you ask them. They’ll give you (if it’s at the right time of course).

Highly recommend!!

  Padlock in the Tomb was a bit dodgy, despite having the correct code, it still would not open and it took us a while to open it on the correct… read more line.

Booked two rooms, but due to a business admin error, one room was booked for the evening instead of the morning.

Meg, who was on the desk that day, was very apologetic, friendly and very professional. She arranged a refund for the incorrectly booked room and ensured that our trip was positively memorable.

I highly commend Meg for her excellent customer service, friendly, kind demeanour and is a to the business. I’m looking forward to trying another room at a later date.
