Please read and understand the following terms and conditions, as they are binding for all ticket purchases.

Tickets are sold subject to the following conditions:

1. You shall not enter the site under the influence of drugs or alcohol. Escape Room Cardiff Ltd reserves all rights and power to refuse your entry to the site.

2. We offer live gaming experiences, like every other live event; once booked, all games are non-refundable.

3. All children under 13 must be accompanied by a guardian aged 18+.

4. Escape Rooms Cardiff will always accommodate for lateness where possible but reserves the right to cancel the booking 15 minutes after the booking time slot. ***Note that Cardiff can get very busy during event days in the city centre. You are responsible for checking in advance for any road closures affecting your journey to get to us before your allocated time slot.***

5. Strictly no mobile phones, cameras, or recording equipment shall be allowed to be used inside the Escape Room Games save and except with the explicit permission of Escape Room Cardiff.

6. ‘Team Photos’ taken by Escape Rooms Cardiff are owned exclusively by Escape Rooms Cardiff and may be used for promotions. If you do not wish to be included, please decline a photograph or contact hello@escaperoomscardiff.co.uk, and we can remove your photo.

7.  Sensible footwear is recommended.

8. Please let us know if we should be aware of any medical issues to allow us to accommodate you if possible.

9. Escape Rooms Cardiff endeavours to do so but can not and does not guarantee the product’s reliability.

10. In any event, Escape Rooms Cardiff shall not be held liable or responsible for any loss of your personal belongings or personal property, either within or outside of the site.

11. Escape Rooms Cardiff Ltd is entitled to charge the guests for any damage which is intentional or caused by misuse of items.

12. While you are on the premises, you must ensure to conform to our codes and regulations, adopt proper standards of behaviour, and cooperate with our employees having security responsibilities.

13. Escape Rooms Cardiff does not tolerate harassment towards its employees and reserves the right to eject you from the premises without compensation.

14. You undertake not to carry or bring any dangerous, harmful or hazardous objects into the premises. Escape Room Cardiff will refuse your entry or eject you from the site if such an item or object is found.

15. You are responsible for checking that any bookings issued to you are accurate. In addition, you are entirely responsible for entering your details correctly on the online booking system.

16. Games may not be transferred or resold for commercial purposes or at a premium. If a Game is resold in breach of this condition, the booking will be null and void.

17. The website https://www.escaperoomscardiff.co.uk is owned and operated by Escape Rooms Cardiff Limited. The company holds the right to amend or vary these Terms and Conditions, including any of the website’s contents, at its sole discretion without prior notice. From now on, terms apply to the use by any visitor of the Escape Room Website and should be read carefully before any use: (18a) Escape Room does its best to supply you with the most current and accurate information on its website. (18b) The Escape Room website is for personal and non-commercial use. (18c) You are not permitted to link to or use all or any part of Escape Room UK’s website for any fraudulent, unlawful, defamatory, harmful, obscene or objectionable purpose. (18d) Escape Room Cardiff Limited will take all appropriate steps to protect the security of any payment card information. However, Escape Room UK shall not be liable for any damage you may suffer due to the loss of confidentiality of any such information. (18e) Escape Room UK shall not be responsible to any person for any direct or indirect, consequential or incidental damages, including (without limitation) lost profits or revenues, loss of opportunity, costs of replacement goods or services, loss or damage to data or business interruption, arising out of any use of the website.

18. The trademarks and logos displayed on the website are the property of Escape Rooms Cardiff Limited. Accordingly, you are not permitted to use these without the prior written permission of Escape Rooms Cardiff Limited, and you accept that any such use may constitute an infringement of the relevant proprietor’s rights.
